Hi, I’m Amanda. Welcome to Simply Mindfull!
Simply Mindfull is a space dedicated to helping women live healthier, more balanced lives without chasing perfection.
I am a mom learning how to navigate wellness in a way that actually fits into real life. Like many women, I reached a point in my early 30s where I started asking bigger questions about what feeling good really meant. I wanted more energy, more presence with my family, and a lifestyle that supported both my body and my everyday life.
But between motherhood, work, and daily responsibilities, taking care of myself often ended up last on the list.
For years my approach to wellness was all or nothing. I would dive into a new diet, workout plan, or wellness trend hoping it would be the thing that finally worked. Eventually I would burn out and start the cycle all over again. Even when I followed the plans perfectly, I still did not feel my best.
Over time I realized that what I needed was not another extreme plan. I needed a more balanced and sustainable approach to health.
That realization became the foundation for Simply Mindfull.

My Health Journey
At the end of 2025, I was diagnosed with endometriosis.
Before that diagnosis, I spent years trying to fix how I felt through food and exercise. I tried countless diets and workout plans, always hoping the next one would finally make everything click. Some approaches were overly restrictive. Others left me feeling inflamed, exhausted, or in more pain than before.
Nothing ever felt sustainable and nothing seemed to work long term for my body.
The diagnosis helped me understand that my body was not failing me. It simply needed a different kind of support.
That moment changed how I approached wellness. Instead of forcing my body into rigid routines, I began focusing on listening to it. I started prioritizing habits that felt supportive, flexible, and realistic for everyday life.
That shift became the heart of Simply Mindfull.
A Balanced Approach to Wellness
Simply Mindfull was created from the belief that wellness should support your life, not consume it.
This space focuses on building sustainable habits that help you feel better physically and mentally. It is rooted in consistency over perfection, whole foods without strict rules, and learning to tune into what your body needs.
You will not find an extreme or restrictive food mindset here. Instead, the focus is on eating better most of the time, creating routines that support your energy, and building habits that actually last.
Wellness should feel supportive and sustainable, not overwhelming.
Simple, Nourishing Recipes for Real Life
Food plays a powerful role in how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.
At Simply Mindfull you will find simple recipes made with real ingredients that support balanced living. Many of the meals focus on whole foods and nourishing ingredients, but not every recipe is meant to be perfect.
I believe in living an 80/20 lifestyle. Most of the time I focus on foods that help my body feel energized and supported. At the same time, there is always room for flexibility, celebrations, traditions, and meals that simply bring joy.
Because food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared.
Honoring Your Body on Every Kind of Day
Some days you feel energized, motivated, and ready to take on everything.
Other days your body asks for rest, slower movement, or a little extra care.
Simply Mindfull is a space that honors both.
Learning to listen to your body instead of pushing through exhaustion or discomfort is one of the most powerful forms of self care. Wellness does not have to look the same every day to still be meaningful and supportive.
We Are On This Journey Together
I am not here as an expert with all the answers. I am simply someone learning, growing, and navigating this journey alongside you.
