  • 1 15 oz can cannellini (white kidney) beans, drained & rinsed
  • cup Kalamata olives sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
Dressing
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
