Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and diced jalapeños.
Slice each chicken breast lengthwise, creating a pocket (do not cut all the way through).
Stuff the jalapeño cream cheese mixture into each chicken breast.
Close the chicken and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep it juicy.
