Beet Citrus Glow Juice

This vibrant beet and citrus juice is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. This is perfect for when you need a gentle reset or your body feels heavy and inflamed.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 carrots
  • ¾ beet
  • ¼ tsp fresh ginger or 1 tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp fresh tumeric or 1 tsp tumeric powder
  • 1 tsp honey or agave
  • 8 oz water

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Wash and prepare all of the produce by removing peels and cutting into smaller pieces.
  2. Juice all of the prepared produce until it is fully processed. If you are using a blender, blend with water until it is completely smooth, then strain for a lighter, juice-like texture.
  3. Add sweetener and powders directly to the bottom of your glass.
  4. Pour the freshly made juice into the glass, then add 8 oz of water to dilute the taste.
  5. Stir or shake well until everything is fully combined.
  6. Taste and adjust as needed – add more citrus or sweetener, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately over ice for maximum freshness and flavor.
  8. If storing, refrigerate and shake well before serving.
