Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach packed
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves packed
  • 5.3 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and pit removed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Add the spinach, basil, Greek yogurt, avocado, garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired — add more lemon for brightness or salt for depth.

Notes

Tips & Variations

Make it thinner: Add 1–3 tablespoons of water until you reach your desired consistency.
Dairy-free option: Swap Greek yogurt for unsweetened coconut or cashew yogurt.
Herb swap: Don’t have basil? Parsley or cilantro work beautifully too.
