Method
- Add the chickpeas, almond, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin to a food processor.
- Blend until mostly smooth.
- Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until your desired consistency is reached.
- Blend for another minute until creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
Notes
Almond butter can be substituted with tahini or sunflower butter
