Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz imitation or lump crab chopped
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella, Monterey Jack or parmesan

Method
 

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Mix crab, Greek yogurt, mayo, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toast sourdough lightly.
  4. Divide crab mixture among the slices and top with cheese.
  5. Broil for 2–3 minutes until melted and golden.
