Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice bread sourdough, 15-grain, or your favorite
  • ½ cup guacamole or mashed avocado — single-serve cups work great
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • Everything bagel seasoning to taste

Method
 

  1. Toast bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread guacamole evenly over the warm toast.
  3. Slice hard-boiled eggs and layer on top of the avocado.
  4. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning and/or add additional toppings. Serve immediately.
