Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, add the lettuce, cooked chicken, avocado, red onion, sunflower seeds, and remaining 1 tsp salt.
- Drizzle with Green Goddess Dressing and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

If you are meal prepping, store the salad and dressing separately.
