Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
Sauce
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Bowls
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • Sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute.
  3. Whisk together sauce ingredients.
  4. Pour sauce over beef and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  5. Divide rice among bowls.
  6. Top with beef, cucumber, carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
