Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp dried sage
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup dried cranberries chopped if large

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, green onions, sage, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and dried cranberries. Mix gently until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8-12 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and gently flatten into a sausage patty about ½-inch thick using your hands or a spatula.
  4. Arrange the patties on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Freeze cooked patties for up to 3 months for easy meal prep.
