- Preheat oven to 425°F and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, green onions, sage, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and dried cranberries. Mix gently until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 8-12 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and gently flatten into a sausage patty about ½-inch thick using your hands or a spatula.
- Arrange the patties on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
